Are your Vitamins Toxic?
Are your Vitamins helping or adding toxins to your body!
The difference between organic and inorganic vitamins, minerals and nutrients is: Inorganic minerals are mined from, rocks, salts or things like oyster shell. These are chemically processed, they are cheap and they do not work in the human body. Organic is made from herbs and nutrients derived from natural processing (processed in a way that does not destroy the healing properties).
The human body is not designed to eat rocks or shells, in other words, inorganic properties. A good example of this is calcium. Calcium is usually prescribed at 1200 mg because only about 5% of this inorganic calcium is ever absorbed by the body. The rest is waste, or worse, it deposits incorrectly and forms kidney or gall stones.
It is much better off to get your calcium from organic foods such as, dark leaf greens, horsetail herb or natural vitamins.
Synthetic vitamins: are man-made, in laboratories, not nature, they are derived from petroleum/coal tar and are cheap to make. Synthetics contain an isolated chemical lacking the transporters and co-factors associated with natural vitamins. They fool us by appearing to be the same as natural vitamins, due to labeling, however they do not work the same in the human body. These synthetic vitamins are fractured and only offer a very small piece of a complete vitamin. The kidneys are over-worked, they have to either create the proper combination of properties to send packets of nutrients into the blood stream or to view the inorganic vitamins as toxins and be forced to rid the body of this waste.
Ninety-five percent of all vitamins sold are synthetic and are often made by pharmaceutical companies
Synthetic made vitamins (A, D, E and K) build up in the liver and tissue causing toxins. Studies are showing that synthetic vitamins are increasing the risks of lung cancer, cardiovascular disease and birth defects. Be careful where you purchase your vitamins.
